Structural design
Our packaging engineers prototype your carton before a single sheet runs — fit, function, and visual hierarchy validated against your filling line and retail planogram.

Every Accent Pak carton starts on the cutting table, not the press. Our packaging engineers build a custom dieline around your actual product — its weight, how it's filled, and how it has to sit on a retail shelf — then prototype it on production-spec board so you can hold the real thing before a single sheet runs. Fit, crush resistance, and how cleanly the carton folds and glues on your line are validated up front, not discovered on press day.
Because we design, print, and finish in the same Montreal plant, the structure your engineer draws is the structure that runs. There's no handoff to a third-party converter who reinterprets the file, and no surprise when foil, a window, or a crease doesn't land where the dieline promised. One team owns the carton from CAD to pallet — which is also why a broker can't quote this honestly: they don't run the cutter.
Frequently asked questions
- Can you design a carton if I only have the product, not a dieline?
- Yes. Give us the product — or its dimensions and weight — and we engineer the dieline from scratch, including a folded prototype on production-spec board.
- Will the carton run on my existing filling line?
- We design to your line: glue-flap tolerances, hopper dimensions, and auto-erect or hand-load requirements — then prototype so you can test it before committing to a run.
- How fast can I get a structural prototype?
- Typically 3–5 business days for a production-spec physical sample, so you validate fit and shelf presence before the full print run.
- Who owns the dieline file?
- You do. We hand over print-ready dielines and keep them on file so reorders and revisions are fast.
