Your cartons print on a Heidelberg XL106, a 7-colour sheetfed offset press with inline coating running up to 18,000 sheets an hour. That means tight Pantone matching, registration that holds across a long run, and the ability to lay down brand colours plus a coating in a single pass. We print on premium SBS and FBB for retail-grade whiteness and on recycled boards when sustainability leads the brief.
The press is ours, in our building. So when you ask what a run costs, you get the manufacturer's number: the real cost of board, plates, ink, and press time, not a broker's marked-up platform invoice with a margin baked in that they won't itemize. Soft-touch matte, high-gloss UV, spot varnish, and tactile coatings are all available inline or offline, matched to a physical draw-down before we run the job.
